Clear goals. Every project has its own unique goals as well as stage-by-stage targets. We can help identify and deliver these, whether it is obtaining planning permission or hitting key sustainability metrics in operation.
Designing to budget. Every project has budget pressure, and we like to tackle this upfront with ideas that reduce capital and running costs by maximising the benefits of passive systems and minimising technical complexity.
Following the chain of custody. Building systems often fall foul of their complex chain of custody as they move from consultant, to main contractor, to sub-contractor, to the myriad of suppliers, and finally to commissioning and hand over. We manage this substantial risk for our clients by offering sound procurement advice and maintaining a proactive role throughout the entire process of construction and handover.
